Socks PolicyWe are a shoe-free and socks only playground. Both littles and grown-ups must have socks on when entering the playground. No shoes, no bare feet! Shoes may be worn throughout the café.

Food and Drink PolicyOutside coffee and tea are not permitted inside the facility. These drinks must be purchased from our café—and we can be sure to make it just as tasty as your outside drinks! Other than the two drink items listed above, outside food and drinks are welcome in our café, including for events and parties. No drinks or food of any kind are permitted in the playground. Please leave them in the café!

Adult Supervision PolicyDuring open play, we are an adult-supervised facility. This means grown-ups are responsible for their children, and not our staff. Grown-ups must remain in our facility and supervise their children during the children’s entire play session, with the exception of our marketed drop-off events like Kids Night Out, Kids Afternoon Out, and Seasonal Camp.

Special Ticketed Event Refund/Exchange PolicyAll of our ticketed events are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Payment in full is due at the time of ticket purchase.

Aggressive Play PolicyWe understand little ones are learning to regulate emotions and social skills, but our facility does not tolerate aggressive or harmful play. Aggressive Play Policy ties in with our Adult Supervision Play Policies. If aggressive and harmful play persists during the child’s play session, staff may ask the adult and child to leave. No refund, transfer, or exchange for a play pass will be issued.

Refund PolicyAll associated fees paid for events and party packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted with the exception of a few product categories outlined below All exchanges must include proof of purchase and be made within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days from receipt, exchanges will not be accepted To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, with original tags attached, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you purchased it. Exchanges will not be accepted for items subjected to pet hair, offensive odors, excessive wrinkling, missing tags, or any other conditions that differentiate it from the original condition Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items Gift certificates Ticketed Events Store Merchandise Clearance Items Exchange of Clothing Items Clothing may be exchanged for another size or different item within 14 days of the original purchase date. Preparing for your first visitWaivers are required to play! Save time at check-in by completing ahead of your playtime. Waivers are valid for one year. Sign Waiver here. Anyone entering the playground must have socks, this includes children and adults! We have socks available for purchase if you forget them. Our play equipment specializes in imaginative play and is best suited for children ages 0-8 years old. We have full visibility of the playground from the café, but are an adult-supervised facility at all times! Your Play Pass is for ALL DAY PLAY! You can come back anytime during our business day and continue your play. Just let our staff know you plan to return so we can provide you with a re-entry stamp. Must be returning from the same day of Play Plass purchase. You can enjoy outside food and drinks in our café in between your play sessions! We just ask you to leave out coffee and tea and purchase these items from our café instead. We have really tasty, handcrafted drinks made just for you—even your littles too!

Can other caregivers bring my child/children to play with our family membership?Yes! Memberships are connected to the child. Therefore, any adult can accompany them to play (grandparents, nannies, other caregivers)

What age of children are included in the membership?Our play area is designed for children 6 months- 8 years old, so children in that age range will be accounted for the membership.

How do I cancel my membership?Members can cancel their membership anytime before their next billing cycle. No cancellation fee applies! Just email us at playculturecafe@gmail.com to request your cancellation.

Do you have high chairs?Yes! We have 3 highchairs available for use.

Can I change my party package as the party gets closer?You can change the party package up until five days before your event. Most add-ons can be added until the day before your event, but please call us and confirm what you’d like to add!

Can we bring our own food and drinks?Yes! We welcome outside food, drinks, and desserts. We just ask you to keep out the coffee and tea and purchase these from our café.

When can I arrive to set up?You can arrive 30 minutes before your party begins to set up, and our party coordinators can help!

When do I pay my balance?You can pay your final balance on the day of the party before you leave. We accept cash or credit cards. We do NOT accept personal checks. You may leave an optional tip in cash or on a credit cart.

Will there be other parties or customers in the facility during my event?None at all! Each one of our parties INCLUDE a completely private rental of our facility—both playground and café—just for you and your guests. YAY!
