$199 members / $225 non-members

Guidelines:

  • All parties include 2 hours (For “You Bring the Party” package, plan accordingly as this time slot must include your setup and cleanup)
  • All parties include admission for 10 children ($10 for each additional child) plus 1 free birthday child, except for private parties during after-hours which include admission for up to 20 children.
  • Our gift shop and café will be open during your event and available for guests
  • Events are parent directed
  • Pinatas, Silly String, confetti & glitter are not allowed anywhere in the facility
  • Children must be supervised at all times. You are responsible for the behavior of the children who attend your party.
  • All food/drinks must remain in the upstairs party space & NOT IN THE PLAY AREA
  • No tacks or nails in the walls – painters tape is acceptable for hanging decorations
  • Socks are required for all children & adults. Shoes are not permitted outside of the gift shop and café.

 

    Step 1... Choose your package

    “You Bring the Party” Package:

    • Use of upstairs party room
    • 4 Tables with 4 chairs at each table and table for food
    • Party invitations (notify quantity needed in advance & pick up at Palmetto Proper)

     

    “Meet You in the Middle” Package: Add $75

    Everything included in the “You Bring the Party” package PLUS:

    • Neutral party decorations, tablecloths, utensils napkins & plates
    • Neutral birthday cake
    • Staff for setup and cleanup

     

    “Instant Party” Package: Add $150

    Everything included in the “You Bring the Party” package PLUS:

    • Professionally themed decorations and paper goods (Choose your theme: Legos, Dinosaur, Mermaid, Barnyard, Princess, Under the Sea, Construction, Luau, Unicorns, Llama, Superhero)
    • Dedicated Party Host for the duration of your event
    • Themed party favor gift bags for each attending child
    • Full concession spread including juice box, popcorn or Gold Fish, Uncrustable PB&J, applesauce, 1 pitcher of tea, 1 carafe of coffee, ice cream cup
    • Custom Bakery birthday cake personalized with the theme and child’s name
    • Staff for setup and cleanup

     

      Step 2... Choose your add-on's

        • Carafe of coffee $7
        • Private facility rental, after normal operating hours $100
        • Large bowl of popcorn $10

      Step 3... Check out

      Please use the online chat feature or call us directly after placing your party order reservation to secure a date and time. You will not be placed on the calendar until one of our associates has confirmed your party. 
      All associated fees paid for party packages are non-refundable
